Glitter Strawberry

Hello readers! Tomorrow is the first day of the May holidays in Japan and things are pretty hectic as I try to finish a bunch of work and stuff, so I’m going to show you a franken I did last week. Not to worry, I will get to a couple of requests I’ve gotten and show you some more foil nails soon! Of course I’ve been mixing and painting up a storm for my webstore too. Whew!

This is a slightly orangey red creme (Essie Lacquered Up) with one drop of black creme and two drops of yellow shimmer (OPI Lemonade Stand By Your Man), covered in a goldish glitter (Sinful Colors Velvet Diamond). For some reason, it reminds me of strawberries.

Very easy to do and a fresh color- more unexpected than straight red but not  hard to wear.  I kept wanting to nibble on my nails while wearing this one.

About nevertoomuchglitter

Nail artist. Wanderer. I'm a color-holic, in fact, it was my love of color that brought me to the nail art world. Well, that, and the fact I was too cheap to pay crazy Japanese prices for nail polish while living in Tokyo, so I had to start mixing my own. That's how NTMG began.
