Eeyore Gray

It’s sort of a moldy color- medium gray with the tiniest hint of green. It reminds me of Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh. I always liked him a lot better than the other characters.

I love colors with a gray base because it’s something a little different and goes with a fall mood. You can mix red into gray for grayish pink, or green, blue- anything goes. For now, this is just a pretty straight gray with a teeny bit of green. It’s just my opinion, but these look best as cremes, so I don’t add shimmer.

Add creme black drop by drop to creme white until you get a light gray. Add one small drop of medium or dark green and mix. Keep adding black or white until you get the shade you want.

Accidental Franken: I just noticed that this color looks very similar to China Glaze Recycle from the Eco Collection. I didn’t plan it that way, but they look pretty similar.

About nevertoomuchglitter

Nail artist. Wanderer. I'm a color-holic, in fact, it was my love of color that brought me to the nail art world. Well, that, and the fact I was too cheap to pay crazy Japanese prices for nail polish while living in Tokyo, so I had to start mixing my own. That's how NTMG began.
